What is the
Rolf Method of Structural Integration?
Structural Integration is a specific soft tissue
manipulation which uses slow, purposeful strokes to change and align
the client's body (or structure), within gravity.
The manipulation makes very positive change by
working with the client's myo-fascial body.
Myo means muscle
and fasciae is the connective
tissue present throughout the body which defines a person's
shape or form.
Much of chronic pain and dysfunction in human
form can be attributed to the shortening and binding of the fascial
body due to injury, repetitive stress and/or postural
issues.
For over half a century Structural Integration
practitioners have used the techniques created by Dr. Ida P.
Rolf to affect permanent and powerful healing in people of
all ages all around the world.
Roberto has combined his advanced
knowledge of anatomy and the human structure in movement to apply
the Rolf Method to his clients from 10 years of age to well over
90. If you have questions about the work, how it feels or what it can do for you,
please contact Roberto at 480-225-2313.
